Slak is a late night bar based in Bath Street that has been around for 8 years. We have live music and low-fi indie dj’s during the week then we funk it up at the weekends. We embrace local promoters and have thus played host to some of the most intimate performances the town has seen in recent years. Come as you are and wear what you like.

jaM hEaD is a great way to start Thursday Nights.....LIVE MUSIC & CHEAP DRINKS QUALITY OPEN-MIC NIGHT - If you know someone who plays Guitar/Sings or just messes about on Rock Band and reckons they can play live - then get them down to jaM hEaD and they'll get the opportunity to prove it - we have regular local musicians playing every week too ;O) DRINKS PROMO - In Short, most things anyone wants to drink are £1.50.
