I listen to lot’s of music that’s known as ‘chillwave’. It’s basically this kinda hazy, acid-soaked synthpop that really started to get noticed last summer. Think: Memory Tapes, Washed Out, Neon Indian, Universal Studios Florida etc.

If you’re familiar with any of the aforementioned you probably know what to expect but i think this is probably the strongest ‘chillwave’ album to date and has got a hefty throb of funk and disco running through it. It also, at times, feels like it could have been made by a UK producer like Hudson Mohawke or Gold Panda (which has to be a good thing). Geezer’s gonna get nuff hype.
